while I was eating something soft last week, I felt my jaw crushing something that turned out to be a molar, the cap had come off and the tooth split in two. I was able to make an appointment last week to come in today to have Dr. Janet Cazes look at the tooth. It had to be removed as it had split in two. Nothing could be done to fix the tooth, and I had to do something before an infection set in. the extraction was painless, and done in a professional manner by the Dr.& her assistant.

First time at this office. Had to fix a broken tooth. Everyone was very polite. In and out quickly and the procedure was painless. Will continue to go there for cleanings and any other work that needs to be done. Thanks to you Dr Emma and the rest of the crew.

Cazes Family Dentistry is the most wonderful place for your teeth!! :-) I have some anxiety surrounding dental work, and they are just so wonderful. Courtney is the best dental hygienist- she is kind and calm; she will slow down if anything becomes too much, and she is so understanding and patient. She’s also really nice to chat to beforehand. Dr. Emma- what can I say about my favorite dentist? Dr. Emma got me over my initial fear when I brought my then 5 year old to her. She was so good with my daughter that when I found out she took adults I felt comfortable confessing that it had been YEARS since I had gone to the dentist. We worked through my anxiety and her positive attitude, kindness, and compassion has kept me coming back consistently over the last two years. I hope you consider Cazes for all your dental needs!

Bring Out The Best Of Your Smile With Veneers

A Single Step to a Smile Makeover: Dental veneers present a one-stop solution for customizing and enhancing your smile in various ways, including:

  • A comprehensive smile rejuvenation.
  • Eliminating gaps.
  • Straightening slight irregularities.
  • Standardizing tooth appearance.
  • Correcting chips.
  • Alleviating sensitivity.
  • Reducing “gummy” smile visibility.
  • Attaining your ideal tooth color.
  • Clearing up permanent enamel stains. They offer a durable, brighter, and whiter smile, significantly outlasting the effects of teeth whitening alone.

Durability Enhanced: Veneers offer the advantage of either matching your natural tooth color or enhancing the brightness and whiteness of your smile significantly. They provide a solution for a radiant smile that extends well beyond the temporary effects of standard teeth whitening treatments.

Minimally Disruptive: The application of contemporary dental veneers requires minimal to no removal of tooth structure, allowing them to be securely attached with minimal invasiveness. This technique is less intrusive compared to crowns, ensuring a greater preservation of your tooth’s original form.

Getting Veneers Is Simple And Easy

To kick things off, we’d like to learn more about your reasons and goals for wanting to improve your teeth. This helps us determine whether veneers are the right solution to achieve the smile you’re dreaming of. We might propose an initial treatment plan focused on ensuring your gum health is at its best, creating a pristine foundation for your veneers.

Preparing Your Teeth

To accommodate your veneer, we gently remove a minimal layer of enamel from the tooth’s surface. The area is anesthetized to ensure comfort during the procedure. Following this, an impression of your treated tooth and its adjacent teeth is taken, guaranteeing a flawless fit and seamless integration of your veneers with your natural smile.

Creation and placement

To keep you comfortable while your permanent veneers are under construction, we’ll place a temporary veneer. When it’s time, the temporary version will be removed to make way for your meticulously crafted permanent veneers, which we’ll bond in place for a lasting fit. After some final touches and a quick polish, your smile will be all set to dazzle everyone.

Caring for your veneers

When you’re fitted with your new veneers, you’ll also get detailed instructions on how to care for them. Designed to replicate the appearance and sensation of your actual teeth, they require the same level of oral hygiene. We strongly advise brushing and flossing twice a day and keeping up with your dental appointments for cleanings and inspections. With consistent care, your veneers will be a lasting investment for more than ten years.

to schedule an initial consultation & exam.

Your consultation will include an examination of everything from your teeth, gums and soft tissues to the shape and condition of your bite. Generally, we want to see how your whole mouth looks and functions. Before we plan your treatment we want to know everything about the health and aesthetic of your smile, and, most importantly, what you want to achieve so we can help you get there.

Cost of Dental Veneers in Long Valley

The out-of-pocket cost for a dental veneer can vary widely from patient to patient. With a typical insurance plan, a single veneer averages out to about $400 to $800+. Without insurance, a reasonable ball-park figure for a veneer would be about $1200 to $1500 and up.

So what goes into determining the cost of veneers?
  • The number of veneers that are needed.
  • The work that will be involved in the preparation and placement of the veneers.
  • The type of veneers that are used.
  • Your vision for your smile.

Remember, no dental practice can provide an accurate quote over the phone. Ultimately, your needs are as unique as your smile. It’s important to speak with a dentist and undergo an oral exam to find out all your treatment options and to receive an accurate quote. If you have dental insurance, we would be happy to supply you with a quote to submit to them so you can find out your out-of-pocket costs before you make a decision.

Frequently Asked Questions

Porcelain veneers, frequently described as the “traditional” choice, boast remarkable strength and blend seamlessly with your natural teeth, making them almost invisible to the naked eye. Additionally, their porcelain material naturally resists stains.

Ultimately, the decision on the number of veneers you’ll require is yours to make. Perhaps you’ll choose to have veneers only on the teeth that are most apparent when you smile.

Veneers, once bonded to your teeth, demand the same attention as your natural enamel. With routine brushing, flossing, and dental examinations, your veneers can endure for 10 to 15 years.

Maintain your veneers just as you would your natural teeth. Ensure you brush at least twice daily with a nonabrasive toothpaste, floss at least once daily, and rinse with an antiseptic mouthwash once or twice daily. Steer clear of sugary or acidic beverages and foods after brushing, particularly before going to bed. Lastly, don’t overlook scheduling your routine cleaning and checkup every 6 months.
